Project Description
An industrial cold storage warehouse for a major food company, with an area of 5000 m² divided into: deep freezing zone (-18°C), cooling zone (+2 to +4°C), and preparation rooms (+10°C).
The Refrigeration System
- Deep freezing: 4 Bitzer Screw compressor units, 60 HP each, NH₃ refrigerant
- Normal cooling: 3 air-cooled condensing units, 40 RT each
- Indoor coils: Unit Cooler Evaporators with uniform distribution
Control and Monitoring System
A specialized refrigeration SCADA system monitors temperatures 24/7 with immediate alarms via SMS and buzzer when design limits are exceeded.
