Project Introduction
A luxurious 5-star hotel with 350 rooms spread over 18 floors, featuring two restaurants, a 1,200-person conference hall, and a fitness center and spa. The total project area is 85,000 m².
Installed Systems
Air Conditioning System
- Hotel rooms (350 rooms): Panasonic VRF systems with a total capacity of 1,400 RT
- Public areas and restaurants: Central water-cooled chiller 800RT + specialized AHUs
- Conference hall: VAV system for precise control of each zone
- Kitchens: Industrial ventilation 20 ACH with Make-up Air units
Electrical System
- Primary 11kV feed from the public grid
- Two main transformers, 2000kVA each
- Backup generator 2000kVA for emergency
- Specialized UPS for critical systems: 200kVA
Integrated BMS System
All systems were connected to a Building Management System (BMS) providing centralized monitoring and control through a SCADA interface, with remote access via a dedicated mobile application.
